Beautiful! Just out of curiosity, how big is the lot? It looks so compact, yet there are so many things to do here! I'd ask you to upload it if I had a game in which to put it *sigh*

Thank you! It's a 3x2 lot, built on to the building edge. I never build lots this big and rather think there's a lot of unused space, like between all the stairs. But then again it's a building that's supposed to look a bit grand. I hope it'll run fine when playing with Sims on it!

Anything below 3x3 is still a small lot, IMO. Just think of those huge useless lots in default neighborhoods! It will most likely run just fine.

True. :) I tend to think of 2x2 and 2x3 lots as medium, but I did always have a tendency towards the teeny tiny lots!

Thank you. :)
I have some more unexpected free time today, so I'll give it a shot. It will probably look a lot like the Plaza, perhaps a little like the "Park" in Sunset Valley.. We'll see, perhaps I'll even put a few market stands on it, inspired by your Farmer's Market! ;)

Holy crap, how awesome can that lot be?! I seriously love it, it's so detailed but yet very playable. I would be interested to know how big it is too.

Thank you :D I deliberately used Maxis objects to keep it simple, but it was a bit of a struggle to make all the music rooms easily accessible in the upper right wing :)
It's a 3x2 lot, built on to the building edge. I hope it'll still be playable with many Sims on it - I haven't played such a lot in a long time so I have no idea what my can computer can cope with. But it shouldn't be much trouble, for it's still quite simple. :)
