First floor. Features:
Middle: entrance hall and bathrooms
Left wing: two classrooms and a little cafetaria
Right wing: dance room, usable for both larger compositions and ballet lessons; a little office; and a music studio with a pianoforte.
(All of the music studio's are carpeted, which makes them easy to distinguish on the overhead shots.)
Second floor, features:
Middle: enormous staircases
Left wing: little library, and two music studio's with several instruments: for joined rehearsals
Right wing: three music studio's, also with multiple instruments, there is even one that is suitable for something more like a rock band (this one has no windows); furthermore there is an art room and a little craft room.
Top floor. Nothing really interesting, except a huge balcony!

And now for the inside shots. This is unmistakably the dance room. It's currently set up for ballet lessons, but one could store these objects to the side and have a great dance, where dancers can even disappear through the arches. The arches could act for what we in my country call 'coulissen', but I do not think there is such a word in English, or is there?
(Obviously, Sims can't actually give dance performances but I liked having a pretty dance room. :) )
The little cafetaria, where students can get coffee and snacks.
The library.
On the 2nd floor hall looking upwards to the top floor balcony.
Art room, with all kinds of art objects... I don't know if this will be comfortable, but Sims do not mind.
This music studio is dedicated to the more classic musicians.
Whereas this one, despite the goody-goody wallpaper, can house music students a little more rock. Just a little. Lol. I am not an expert.
Yes, we can have singers here too!
And the pianoforte is the only instrument to have a room for itself.
Now, this is decorated and after I build a simple Market Place (like the Uni Plaza, only bigger, to put in front of the Town Hall) I think I can get started on moving the Sims into New Ambleside. They are all made over in BodyShop and ready for me to pop them in game and make them into townies.
Perhaps I will flee back to Tinn though - I haven't played any of those houses to the fall yet and need to do some more building there, too. Actually the only reason I moved back to modern, was because I'd put the modern folder in to do some testing with Lucy and Alban Hoggins!
For now, this was all. :) If anybody would like me to put this building up for download, pray tell. I used mostly Maxis content except for two objects, a few recolours and a great many wallpapers.
