As of now, I can safely say that I am acquainted with my husband's side of the family. A big step forward for le_natz and I, I must say. I have met (almost all) his uncles, aunties, cousins, nieces, nephews AND several of their friends. it's very common for me,coz i think its an arab culture.. the touching cheeks thing.. not so common with malay families though i notice and those who did it are normally very affectionate,warm and nice people. ^-^
