Whoah intense first post! Good work on getting right into it dude :) Maybe with your depression, you could try some natural therapies? Meditation, Yoga, Councilor Sessions, Acupuncture, Neuropathology?
Joni and i do Bikram Yoga if you want to try that out (it is more exhaustive than other forms of yoga though)
Great to see digital Nikki, who seems similar to Reality Nikki, but flatter and FULL OF ELECTRICITY (and some plastic)
Rich was telling me about your LABRYNTHITIS - which sounded really awesome until I realised there was no David Bowie and lots of being really sick :-(
How long have you been seeing the specialist who is treating the panic attacks? Ben's suggestion of yoga or meditation is fantastic, and I'm of course also going to suggest a natural therapist who may be able to provide you with alternatives if the meds are not helping.
Also - a massive dose of time with OJ and some of my tasty home cooking is always a winner :-)
Hey :) I also think doing some yoga would be really beneficial for any feelings of anxiety and for helping stave off panic attacks. I used to get them too and a lot of the time I could never really pinpoint where they came from. I don't get them anymore but I still have some issues sleeping some times. I guess it's all a work in progress :) Good luck! And congratulations on getting into Uni!
