Saturday, what can I tell you about our Saturday adventures? Apparently over 7,00 words, all below and under the relevant cuts. There might even been some pictures!

damn you guys are so lucky!
we only have comic cons once a year in Hong Kong,and we don't get to see international stars...instead the sponsors keep inviting all these mediocre Hong Kong artists which are totally not interesting.
Karl's talk seems so interesting!i loved the Mccoy doll part! :D

he seems like such an awesome person IRL,without any of the hollywood cockiness or high-strung...ness.
did i mention how jealous i am of you? ;_______p

Karl is incredibly sweet, charming and cheeky. He is considered to be part of the Supanova family as he has been coming to them since they started. He is a loyal guy which makes it so special I think. A lot of guests come back year after year as it just seems to be such a fun time for the guests as well as the attendees.

The doll is now upstairs. I still have the other two I might have to take out of the box and send on some adventures though...

well, you've certainly convinced me to shell out all of my money for VIP passes if i ever go to one of these things!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check what they offer first though. I think from what we were discussing on Saturday night that Supanova definitely gives you a lot more than what most US cons do. They are also continually trying to make the experience better for the VIP's. We were also told over and over by random volunteers that we were the nicest bunch of VIP's. So I think that helped :D

I know if I go back I think I will have to start saving now for the passes again.

That was lovely to read. Karl was perhaps my favorite part of the new Star Trek. Excellently cast, excellently performed. He sounds fun and your picture with him is awesome.

Thank you so much. We told him that the new film needs MOAR MCCOY, so hopefully JJ listens and we get it. He brought Bones back to life beautifully.

Oh, man, Nikki (with 2 k's)! I didn't think you could top your Sunday report, but I think you did. You had so much fun teasing Karl Urban...or maybe, he teased you. Aw, hell, y'all teased each other, and that's so excellent.
