Yep, that was about my reaction too when those boys were having that conversation. It's hard to type and giggle uncontrollably at the same time.

Bones can handle Jim, just fine. ;)

One good thing about staying up too late.....I get to read this today instead of tomorrow and maybe even make first comment! Brilliant job! I enjoyed this story immensely and this last chapter was just adorable, from the start with Rascally and the snobs at the breakfast table, to Jim helping Joanna pack everything, to Eleanora who just had to take one look at Jim and know he was a keeper. And than of course the perfect ending. Bravo!

I didn't leave comments as I read along which was very bad of me, however, I've been haunting lj for more parts and I got to say I loved this story, so much, from beginning to end. I have to agree with your notes, that it made more sense that Joanna got them into this mess not McCoy himself. A minor adjustment I'm sure more than made up for by the awesome story.
