According to the CD booklet, "Utsusemi" means:

"The humans living in this World. And their Society. The present World (Utsushiyo). "
This acutally may have a religious kind of meaning. It's Shinto-related...

I actually thought that the lyrics were kind of mysterious and nice...I didn't have enough time to really "READ" the lyrics deeply so I don't know if I translated it the best though...
