At first, I found the first person and slightly purple prose (very Jekyll and Hyde ish) to be a bit...weird for a robot fic, but it so totally works.

The tension between them is palpable and gripping and Sunstreaker's plan is truly insidious. I can't help but feel that Sideswipe's planned confession won't go well.

And totally, gothic-y purple. I wrote most of this last summer when I was reading Bram Stoker stuff and then I starting poking at again as a result of reading Anne Rice. Freakin' dangerous combination, man. :) But I like it. It's not your average robot fic, in so many ways, and that makes it sort of fun, even though this Sunstreaker is practically destined to give me nightmares ( ... )

Haven't much time to read these closely... saving them for when I do have time to read (totally sucks that LJ is blocked at work now).

But I do enjoy reading good Lambo fic. ^^
