So, I saw this in horsetechie's LJ a while ago and thought it might be fun to see how much my life has (or has not, depressingly) changed since 1996. So:

Hmm.. so was TC (the cat)'s full name "The Cat"? ;p

As for your early TF-human fic... now I am very curious and wanna read! (blaming this on the fact you had said it was Warp-centric)

*sporfles* Actually, his name WAS short for "The Cat." When I got him for my 15th birthday (I remember this because he was the last thing my father gave me before he died in a car accident the month after my 15th birthday), there was an argument in my house as to what to name him. My sister wanted to name him "Aristotle" to go with her cat "Plato." I nixed that idea, and then I got tired of the argument in general and announced that his name was TC, which I smugly announced stood for "The Cat."

As for the human-fic...Well, like I said I'm not even sure if it exists anymore, and I know that it wasn't finished. But if I find it, I'll post up some bits, just for hah-hahs. :)

Hmm.. not having it anymore would be a bummer. But, I guess if there are any highlights you could remember, maybe you could post up those summarized instances instead? *steeples fingers*

So being female is a special punishment? - Well, I suppose being female in a society where there's still no full equality is (not to mention all the hassle with cramps and possible pregnancies and having to wear pantyhose... ;p ).

Yes, all that nasty womanly stuff, yes. Especially the pantyhose and ill-fitting bras. *snicker*

Yep, special punishment, I guess. :) Really, the whole idea stemmed from me having this bizarre image of a female human Megatron being harassed by construction workers and him/her beating the holy living hell out of them. *snicker* That's an image I've had for years. :) Unfortunately, I don't think I ever wrote that bit of the story...

Right now? Oh, busy. Very busy. Helping run a TF con in July (Iacon One [End shameless plug]). Other than that... oh, just the usual. :)

I think we first met in '92 or '93, actually. So we're not as old as we thought... right?
