My dad and I were supposed to go to the hospital to visit my mother on Sunday and it ended up where he had to wait for a delivery. The man who was delivering it had to do it then otherwise we wouldn't get him again until mid-January. So my dad stayed home and I went to the hospital myself. It's not that he doesn't care. But he's the type to just be calm and collected in a crisis--and I'm not. But I respect how he is, but he doesn't respect that I sometimes want to cry and rage about how much I'm scared that she's in the hospital.

So all in all he's an insensitive jerk.

But once again, I hope your mom feels better soon :( It really sucks that she's missing the holidays, just make sure you stay with her so she has some family love and support :)

Ok, you're right. That's some serious negligence going on there. If you were able to find that information on the internet, then it should've been included in the information the doctor had. I hope you find a crack lawyer that sues the pants off of them. There had to have been other medicinal alternatives, there almost always are.

As for the phone, don't worry about it, spacing is normal in such trying times, I just wanted to let you know that I had reached out, that's all. (And I'm definitely not offended, so you just put that out of your mind right now.)

As for the no sleeping, you might want to take something so you can sleep one good day, because in exhaustion, things look so much worse. I found that out the hard way.
