He's training to be a dictator, why wouldn't he go try to learn stuff from others?

Forunately, the Demcorats don't have a 3/5's majority (yet) so the Constitution stops Obama from completely running mad with power. Unfortunately for the people in Cuba and Venezuela, their Consitutions weren't as strong and did not protect their rights like our's does. Leftist dictators seem to follow my grandparents whereever they go.

Yeah. Did you see the other picture of Chavez coming over to shake Obama's hand? He clearly wasn't interested nor happy about it.

That's what I meant. His body language is clear, even in this picture. The diplomatic response is obviously to shake hands with other countries' leaders, no matter who they are. I don't know what people were expecting him to do.

Right. I saw the video of Chavez coming over to Obama while he was sitting down, he just wanted to meet him. Obama stood up, barely made eye contact, shook his hand, and sat back down quickly, looking like "Whew, glad that's over"

I'm not sure how this other picture got taken, I highly doubt it's some secret handshake.

Which He? Obama or Chavez? I have family in Venezuela. Chavez and Obama are both megalomanical in their own special ways. Fortunately in the United States, unless the Democrats get a 3/5's majority in the Senate, the Constitution is pretty hard to change.
