If I see something like an albino, or something out of the ordinary in my dream, it is usually a part of something disturbing.
I like that advertisement of a sleep aid, where a gentleman in a tall cylinder hat and a beaver persuade a guy to take the drug, and a diver in full outfit is watering plants in the background. That was totally off-topic, I know.
Sometimes my dreams are pretty literal, like in this case, and sometimes I'm puzzled where in the world that came from.
Sounds like an anxiety dream to me, nightgoblin. The dream is as much about (in)competence and failure to accomplish a task as about drugs. Given everything you've got on your plate this semester, it's hardly surprising that you're having anxiety dreams. The dream about the car is similar in the sense that your dream self is finding the cause of imbalance -- another failure

Escaping reality - very true. Desperately trying to escape it, and failing miserably. Moreover, I'm fully aware of that.
I don't know. I interpret the "rusty wheel" part as something about myself. I'm falling apart somewhere, but can't figure out where exactly.
