I'm in the last morning of a Public Finance conference in Ann Arbor and I have now mostly recovered from jet lag. Its been an interesting conference, though I think that if I come next year as well that will be better, because then I'll know a good chunk of the people up front. I didn't expect it to be quite so geographically and linguistically
