Read this surreptitiously on my phone on Christmas Day in a sort of turkey bloated haze and forgot to comment on it :) That was great fun, and as soon as the pregnant woman turned up you just knew that baby was going to be born :) And I'm with the others - Wilson wandering the west looking for babies to deliver is a great image (with House providing snarky commentary and/or protection :)

Heh, Melanie here is really kind of like a pregnant Chekhov's Gun -- introduce her in the first act, she has to give birth by the third! :D

And I do love the image of House and Wilson roaming the wild west, helping ladies in distress. *g*
