ever since i made cornbread sat and sunday i`ve been in this crazy "I WANT TO MAKE BREAD"/"I WANT HOMEMADE BREAD" mood. it`s weird and yet fun. D; last night i attempted to make cheese scones, which i have never had let alone made before, but meh. >_>; the recipe sucked (1tsp of milk?? I'm so jealous! I have tried on more than one occasion to make biscuits in my oven combo thingie and they always end up hard as rocks.

weird. i baked mine in my 電子レンジ on オーブン mode... maybe it had something to do with the flour you used or something...? Japan has so many damn types all over the place...

That might be it. I thought I had all purpose but maybe I don't. I'll have to check. I think my other problem is that I didn't take into account that the temp needs to be cooler since the space is so much smaller than an American oven.

nice biscuits. if you're excited about bread i recommend trying a yeast based one next ^_^
