bread craze
ever since i made cornbread sat and sunday i`ve been in this crazy "I WANT TO MAKE BREAD"/"I WANT HOMEMADE BREAD" mood. it`s weird and yet fun. D; last night i attempted to make cheese scones, which i have never had let alone made before, but meh. >_>; the recipe sucked (1tsp of milk?? SERIOUSLY...) and they didnt turn out right. the recipe was from a Japanese cookbook, so tonight i was deadset on not using a Japanese recipe for western cooking. D; tonight i made quick biscuits using this recipe.
turned out yum, but i think i`ll modify the recipe more to my liking the next time i make this.
nothing worth mentioning has happened this week at Kera JHS, besides a troublemaker 3rd year graffitiing a wall and then physically assaulting a teacher-- nothing new! she was made to apologize and promise to never do it again and that was the end of that. the rest of the week i have nothing but ES classes. atleast tomorrow i dont have to use the new textbook. meh. tomorrow i have 4 classes in a row, but hopefully the morning will go quickly... *fingers crossed*
[random]YES!!! the Japan premiere of HEROES season 3 just came on. 8) finally i get to see this.
