Do you know about this disease?

I have had major problems with my hands and feet becoming painfully cold with shitty circulation during the winter since coming here. Maybe this is the cause of it??

thanks for the link, i`ve never heard of that disease before. i don`t think i have that disease, but i`m certain that poor circulation is the cause of why my fingers/toes freeze and hurt in winter since my mom confirmed that poor circulation to the extremities seems to run in my family. :[ the disease and my (our) condition are related...

do you know of anything that helps improve circulation, to the extremities especially?

that is pretty disappointing :( i have a friend who's an ALT in kyoto who had the same problem last year caused by the shower (also self diagnosed as chillblains). i really need those hot showers though because my teeth are like chattering without them. i hope i don't get anything similar. japan winters suck!
keep taking care!!

Hooray for the food! Boo for the toes. I have pretty lousy circulation in my hands and feet as well. I recommend thick socks and layering up on gloves, even inside.

that's too bad about your feet :[ how do your toes get so cold, anyhow? do they only feel cold when you're at home, or also when you go out and you're wearing shoes?
