Batfic: How Far We've Come

Ughhh, I've been so unproductive lately. I badly need to get back into the habit of writing. In order to remedy that, I asked for prompts and threepiecesuits requested Robin Pizza Night, so voila!

This is nothing too special, really. Just a slice of life (ahaha - PIZZA PUN!) to get me back in the swing of Batfic. It's set in the DCnU, partially because it fit well

Not gonna lie, I think Damian and Jason could get along famously. Thus, they do. In my head. And Robin Pizza Night is now official - Damian has declared it so!

ROBIN ROOFTOP PIZZA NIGHTS. I APPROVE. I approve of all of this! I love the tone, and the comfortable/tense rapport between Jason and Dick, and:

“So,” Jason said finally through a cloud of smoke. "Are we really not going to acknowledge your stalker?"

Yeah, I love both of them totally knowing Damian is there, too. And Damian's barely-hidden yearning to have time with his older brothers, and Jason's approval of him! Um, there's a lot I liked about this, quite a lot. :)

Somewhere out there, of course, Bruce is rolling his eyes and smiling at the idea of Robin Pizza Night. And Alfred is fretting about the greasy food and smoking!

P.S. I would totally approve of this being a series and having Steph, Barbara, Tim, Cass, and anyone else show up now and then. :)

Perhaps Alfred will secretly send fruit along with Dick next time to make up for the greasy pizza and booze... And I have a sneaking suspicion Robin Pizza Night will soon devolve into BatFam Pizza Night, as people will just keep joining, much to Damian's (outward) consternation. Dick and Jason have no idea what they've started, the dears! ;D

♥ Oh so wonderful! Love the banter between Dick and Jason, Damian refusing to let any of the other Robins (especially Tim) participate, and Jason approving of Damian made me grin so hard! Terrific story!
