[Strangely, this was not the first time something like this had happened; although, for a change it was the first time Schuldig had ever woken up on the roof of a strange building in a town he’d never been in before. At least he doesn’t remember being here before, but there was the feeling of something or someone familiar.

why can't weiss say anything different, fun and games, blah blah blah, and yet i win, easier than using a string, kitten baiting, making new...friends, hook line and sinker

Strange happenings? [Could be fun.] Please, do tell.

It ranges to almost insignificant to extreme. One extreme occurence since I've been here was that all the colors went gray like a photograph and we all believed we lived our lives in a certain world.

[Mass illusion? Or hysteria. Either way impressive.] Interesting. Did anyone notice at the time?

Shit.]

[Of all the people to show up...!]

What are you thinking?!

[If it isn't the little kitten. Looks like it worked.]

About what?

It depends completely on your own definition of boring. What exactly are you looking for?

Boring is having nothing to do that's fun. What have you got?

Well, there are plenty of things to do in a city of this size, but you can't expect me to just guess what a complete stranger like you might find enjoyable.

There's taverns if you prefer to drink socially, stadiums if you'd rather watch or participate in sporting events, various nightclubs if dancing or picking up women is your thing... [A teasing grin.] I could go on forever without specifics.

Sounds like a good start, the tavern, dancing and someone to enjoy it with...[He can match that grin with one of his own.] What are you doing?

We're in a dream city. It's boring now that the local serial killer got caught. The place likes showing your dreams to everyone once in a while but I can show you how to keep Weiss from viewing them.

[Let's just...not talk about the rough alliance he and Omi have. It's easier.]

There's plenty of room for you at the estate I live in.

[Short and to the point. So wonderfully Nagi. Of course, many of those points earn extra interest.]

Okay, that explains a few things [except for the serial killer part] but it doesn't explain one thing...why are you older than yesterday?

Time is strange here. Aya and Yohji are from even further in the future than me, but I think Ken is from the past.

[Interesting. Did Nagi actually think he wouldn't note he left out one?] And the Takatori brat?

Somarium doesn't always appreciate those who make their own fun.

Really now? So the rulers here are just as dull and unimaginative as the ones back home.

How sad.

The rulers are creative enough to bring us here in the first place, but beyond that, it's only the dreamers who make the rules.

Leaving things up to the inmates, do they? Considering some of those on this list, I still say it's rather dull of them.

Is this warning from personal experience or just friendly advice?
