[Strangely, this was not the first time something like this had happened; although, for a change it was the first time Schuldig had ever woken up on the roof of a strange building in a town he’d never been in before. At least he doesn’t remember being here before, but there was the feeling of something or someone familiar.

why can't weiss say anything different, fun and games, blah blah blah, and yet i win, easier than using a string, kitten baiting, making new...friends, hook line and sinker

Somarium doesn't always appreciate those who make their own fun.

Really now? So the rulers here are just as dull and unimaginative as the ones back home.

How sad.

The rulers are creative enough to bring us here in the first place, but beyond that, it's only the dreamers who make the rules.

Leaving things up to the inmates, do they? Considering some of those on this list, I still say it's rather dull of them.

Is this warning from personal experience or just friendly advice?

Experience. I take it there are people here you're familiar with?

Really? I'm guessing they didn't have the same opinion of what fun is supposed to mean.

Yes, there is some past experience dealing with a few people who appear to be here as well. It seems from talking to them, they still have no idea how to enjoy themselves.

Maybe you can teach them.

[It's not unusual to pick up the thoughts of others, for them to blend into his own. This however was different--vivid, sharp, and staring a very familiar face.]

I must say I'm impressed with your hobbies, it seems like we have some similar opinions on extra curricular activities. But one question, if you killed the kitten why is he still alive?

[Well, that's...unexpected. How does he know that?]

Death isn't always permanent here.

[No need for Weiss to get their pretty little heads wrapped around this conversation.]

A double edged blade, so to speak? Sucks if you really want them dead, but good if you're the one who died...or you want to kill them again. How thoughtful.

Not sure how I feel about Ken not staying dead though, but it leaves me with another one to play with.

Then he and his friends are the ones you knew at home? They're very irritating.

Them and one other. And yes, that is one way to put it, but they do have their uses.

They'd like me more if that were all I'd done.
