Breaking radio silence for this important message

Who else is watching The Bletchley Circle? Someone I follow on Tumblr (I think it was cobweb_diamond, actually) mentioned this amazing ITV show about, well, here's the Wikipedia description:

"The Bletchley Circle is a 2012 television mystery drama series set in 1952 about four fictional women, Susan, Millie, Lucy, and Jean who have returned to their normal lives ( Read more... )

I haven't really heard of it, but going by the description, it sounds fun. I'll have to look it up. Yay for smart women!

I've been saving it up so I could marathon all three episodes. Just finished the first, and it is awesome! I could watch them brainstorm together for hours!

Signe, have you finished your marathon? I've already watched the entire run twice and the first episode *mumbles* number of times! I can't decide what I like more, Susan/Millie or Millie/Lucy, or OT4 4EVA. :D

I have seen it all now, yes, though I had a bit of a panic with the third episode (my copy was a dud, and it took me a while to find a decent one), and considering how episode 2 ended, I really wanted to start ep 3 asap!

I want OT5: the women/maths! I just want episodes (or fic) full of them solving mysteries with maths! I think they should have their own little semi-secret department in Scotland Yard (did that exist back then? *is ignorant*), where all the cases too tough for everyone else get sent.

I can't decide what I like more, Susan/Millie or Millie/Lucy, or OT4 4EVA.

I'd have to go for Millie/Lucy out of those. I think that has a lot of potential.

Also, I finally worked out why Susan was familiar-looking - I saw Anna Maxwell Martin at a play reading a few weeks ago. Took me ages to place her!

I don't think it is since it just finished its 3-episode run on ITV. But it's available elsewhere on the internets. :)

I hope so, too! I could watch them just going over train schedules and transit maps for hours and hours. Definitely the best kind of procedural crime drama I've watched in years!
