the Night Shift
Well I am on the night shift now, working 6-midnight at the Barnes & Noble at Fashion Island - very cool job very cool people so far. I am currently at everyone's favorite late night hang , the infamous Cafe Ruba, which has definitely lost it's Costa Mesa angry punk / goth edge , and while not totally mortgae bro yet, perhaps soon. Jury Duty
The apotheosis of tediuim is spending 6 1/2 hours at the Santa Ana Superior Court buildingn waiting to be selected for a jury (my group was dismissed when our prospective trial was "resolved" before jury was selected. The female O.C lawyers seem to have a fashion role model in Ann Coulter ; I thought how cool it would be to have mahakala here in OC..... -
