I'm so in love with this fic, it just totally made my day. THIS is the Dave I'm missing on the show. I'd almost forgotten what he felt like ... and I love Azimio in this. Gosh, their bromance is so awesome.

Okay, a few favourite quotes at least:

They’ve just threatened to bring friends the next time, Hummel’s eyes lighting up as he looked at Hudson, and Karofsky is slamming things around in his locker. Az looks over and asks, “Why do we care about Hummel?” and Dave stops, like even he doesn’t know, and then shrugs, like he doesn’t care enough to think about it.

The whole French class thing. So spot on!
Also, the comment on "She's not there" :-).

He’s not pleased about being in Glee because he’s uncoordinated and he can’t sing, but he realizes a few days into Zombie Camp that Dave is enjoying himself. So he sucks it up and pretends he likes it too, so Dave can stop pretending he doesn’t.

I really love this, even if we get an Azimio on the show that's ultimately not as caring and sympathetic. If at all possible, Dave needs someone like Azimio to help him come to terms with himself because for Dave, Azimio represents the straight-manly-man society (for lack of a better term x.x) that Dave feels all but stifled by, which is why all the Blaines in the world will probably never get Dave to come out of the closet.

I really loved this brief glimpse of episode 11-Azimio. His line about winning the game meaning so much to his father made him seem human. I don't think we'll see a sympathetic, understanding Azimio on the show, though - someone needs to be the bully, or else it'll all fall apart. Not all the bad guys can be redeemed, and if anyone will then it'd be Dave.

Still, I really enjoyed seeing a few things from Azimio's point of view, and fics where he's perceptive and supportive are always nice to read ♥
