I would have been hysterical! I can't believe the ignorance of the people, leaving a child on his own knowing he was lost. Horrible ! And the cop !!! That's the worst! Jerks.
Glad you found your boy in good condition

Luckily Jesse is a mature 11. He has a very good head on his shoulders and can handle himself alot better in situations that most kids his age. Most of the time when you're talking to him, you almost forget you're talking to a child. I was for the most part pretty calm, until I found him, then that's when the tears came.

Glad Jesse's adventure turned out fine -- !!pats-on-the-back!! to him for being sensible and asking to borrow a phone.

->>kicks-on-the-ankle<<- to the traffic cop for not responding to you and not calling help right away so you could've stayed in one place.

You served ALLIGATOR? OMG what did they tell you it tasted like and did anyone figure it out on their own? You are the first & only person I know to have served alligator. But, truth, now, weren't you a little bit curious?

I actually wasn't in the room when most of them tried it, so I didn't hear the initial comments, however some did say a little like chicken. The biggest thing I heard was that it was a little on the tough side. A few others liked it but thought it had to much garlic on it. NOPE, I still have no wonder of how it was or wished I had tried it. I'm a WHIMP when it comes to trying funky things. If you ever have the desire to try it, or to try Kangaroo, Rattle snake, frog legs and I forget what other funky dish she has, but the food came from a restaurant in Woburn Sq, called LaStanza Diva. A friend of my mom's owns it and my brother works there part time as a bus boy. On the weekends it's a mobbed. They have a band that plays everyweekend, some old guy but I hear he's good. You can also bring in your own alcohol, just no hard stuff.
