As a single woman owning her own home it makes me happy to hear of others doing the same!! (also? I ran into same thing where I could afford a house more than a town house because of association dues! My house has them too, but they are a fraction of the cost of a town houses!)

Congratulations! We just recently moved and I am still constantly surprised at how amazing it is to have so much space and know that it's all yours and yours alone!
