This week's award goes to the girl working the counter at Cold Stone in downtown East Lansing. My total was $5.35, which I payed for with $6.00. After she had rang in the six dollars, my friend Andy stepped in with 0.35, which would make my change $1.00. She replied, "Um, I have to get my manager. I don't know how to ring that in."
