No it look like regular cop car from what I could see....white and blue with its lights on park on the side of the road. Probably reading the paper or something. :-/

They usually cause traffic on the williamberg bridge by taking a lane out. It would be one thing if they look in people cars. But I have seen them sometimes sleeping:-/

that real fuck up that they dont direct traffic for you guys...

Mulberry's always blocked off like that in Little Italy during the spring-fall season. It's basically to allow resturants to have their patrons eat outside on the sidewalk.

Yea, I forgot to comment about that. The only reason it's not totally blocked off is because of a parking company off of Canal St.. Otherwise, it's always blocked off on that street.

I also think the roadblock is to stop Chinatown from engulfing the rest of Little Italy. Chinatown is HUGE. Take note of the midtone green.
