Whoever is behind this weird situation and forcing LJ to bow down to their wishes, and I an not saying I approve of them doing so BTW , the legal fees alone would be in the millions... so your post could very well be a self-defeating exercise.
(Brutal, but we may as well face the facts and financial reality).
