So for that past three evenings, I've been capping "Joyride" like crazy. It has taught me many things. First of all, I am an insane screencapper, given to snapping one shot many times for the subtle differences from cell to cell. *falls over with love and adoration for that icon* See, that shot is great because in the one right before, his arms are all stiff because he's surprised, but by now he's leaning into it, and -- yeah, this is why there are 600,000 caps. Because I notice stuff like that.

This episode always makes me think about how I made you watch it and then that made you miss your train back home. *chagrin*

My mother and I have spent much time recently trying to figure out where in the world I was that one time I missed the train and had to take a cab home, and now I know!

*flails!* But it won't happen again next year, 'cause you'll be way closer and won't need the Metra when we meet up! Because we are hanging out, woman. I missed you last year!

I think it was also raining and my jeans got soaked and I had to fend off a cold; and there was a crazy guy on the El and I stopped the train with my umbrella. Oh, the memories.

They need to put the rest of the series out on DVD already! And it would be really spiffy if they'd just collect all the episodes into one boxed set like Firefly or any other season of television.
