OMG I have been waiting for more news about Jackboots on Whitehall since FOREVER. When I first saw this on Alan's IMDb page a couple years ago I thought that he had finally come full circle playing German characters. (Emcee-->Nightcrawler-->Hitler!)

All of these links are fantastic, but the one that's really getting me is Easy Company meeting Prince Charles, of all people. I just have this image of Charles and the rest of 'em sitting down to watch a DVD of BoB of an evening, corgis bumbling around their feet, footmen bringing them tea and biccies, etc. And the Queen going, "That Damian Lewis is rather tasty, isn't he? I would." THAT TOTALLY HAPPENED, AND I REFUSE TO BELIEVE OTHERWISE.

Now I'm imagining the Queen going, "Bring me the head of Damian Lewis!" And someone else quietly and urgently noting that the head plus the body, intact, should be more than sufficient for her needs, and she will go, "Oh, yes, quite."
