Can anyone recommend any good Chinese restaurants Uptown?

What are your favorite breakfast joints?  I live in Midcity, but my two favorites are in the Marigny: Elizabeth's and New Orleans Cake Cafe and Bakery.  A close third is the Sheraton on Canal St.'s breakfast buffet.

Any awesome recommendations for other parts of the city? 

I will be visiting around Halloween.  Can anyone recommend some really good restaurants on Magazine for lunch?  I usually go to Juan's Flying Burrito, but I think I'm missing out on some really good places.  As long as its not a diner or any other fast food grease joint, I'm open to anything (I think!).  Thanks!

What's everyone's favorite Italian restaurant? Tomorrow is my birthday and I can't decide where I want to go out to dinner.

I need to find black matte/mounting boards. I finally got an interview and have to mount a few things before I go in. If I could find some to match what I’ve already mounted on (which I believe is Crescent ultra-smooth) that would be best. Any suggestions?
