When I was doing my portfolio the other week, which, by the way, I think I've gotten all the final rejection notices from Google that they give, I noticed that the CamSCR site had finally been updated after almost 3 years since I quit doing it. So, with their site being updated and my access either gone or forgotten, I have finally unsubscribed ( Read more... )

It is indeed very cool that they cold called you. I disagree though that Google is no longer a part of your life. It is good to have a dream job to always push you. Six months from now, you will have more and stronger skills that will turn their heads.

Don't write them off and don't let them write you off.

Heh, and I still own the Domain name.

I even recently asked the RC if they wanted someone to get it from me.

This has been ongoing for 3 years now. I could either let it expire and see them scramble, or keep it and change the DNS info to point to a page that says..."Holding Domain Name Hostage...first SCR Officer that comes along willing to pay for the transfer gets it."

what do YOU think?

I am going to send them RC one more note. Then I think I will re-direct the site to a holding page until someone takes the initiative to contact me.
