How funny. I used to fence with Richard back in my SCA days. In fact, most of the early Ultima characters were named after the SCA handles of folks he knew in the Austin group.

Ah, see I was a wuss: Amtgaard, no SCA for me. Big wooden hurty things are just right out! And yeah, that's pretty cool! I keep waiting to tell my own "I knew them when" story, but I apparently don't know anyone who is suddenly making millions of dollars. You people need to get cracking.
