[The camera flickers on and finds Yuca, once again, sitting peacefully in his garden, an arm wrapped around his knees. He's got cuts and bruises here and there from his fight with Merlin, but for the most part, he still looks pretty okay. The flowers are just starting to bloom, and his fingers barely brush against one, as if he isn't sure of the

Still taking care of your flowers?

I can spare some.

I appreciate it. [He stumbles a little through the words, surprised.] Thank you.

It's nothing. I suppose I can find you in the same place as before?

You can.

I'll see you there.

I'll be here.

And he's sitting towards the back in between two rows of flowers, staring out toward the blossoms with a faint bit of confusion. To be quite honest, Yuca doesn't really know why he planted them in the first place. Sure, there was the whole 'trying to reclaim humanity' bit, and boredom had a lot to do with it. It was easier to get people to trust you again once they realized you were preoccupied with someone else.
But really? Really? He still couldn't see the joy or anything special with them. They were flowers. They sprouted, they bloomed, they died. Even if Yuca was a tiny bit invested into keeping them alive through Winter, it was more to preserve Rain's memory, to keep the memories he had of Rain (and he could almost see him out there, tilling the earth, planting the seeds with calloused hands, laying down in the dirt and sleeping, only to wake and start anew), to be reminded of Rain when he looked out at them. Even if Yuca hadn't made the connection in his own mind yet, the blossoms were just ( ... )

But Yuca felt the same as ever, though it didn't keep Kurotsuchi from staring at him for a few moments. Granted, he stared at people a lot, and his expression was as blank as usual, but there was something so strange about sensing nothing more than before. It was its own sort of unsettling, knowing it was there but not seeing it.
Yuca's fixation on flowers was just another thing he couldn't have understood.]
I don't mind. Do you have any idea where to go?
[For the past couple days he'd been keeping busy out of the need for distraction, more than anything else; it was harder than he thought to get used to knowing that everything was pointless. This was just another way to pass time.]

Well... [His expression turns thoughtful as he considers the question.]
There's nothing in the warehouse, I know that much. A lot of people have left recently though- do you think they might have left some things behind? I know... Saul had a spear that we used when we were young. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the ninja everyone is complaining about being gone left a few things in their wake. [Folding his arms in front of him, oh-so-thoughtful.]
I'm not sure where any of them lived though, much less if they did actually leave any of their weapons behind.

Maybe he did understand him more than before, he wasn't sure. But he wasn't pretentious enough to assume a connection just by a brief graze with genuine misery.]
They might have. If they were still here, they'd be easy enough to find, especially Saul, since I'd met him. I only have a general idea now of where he stayed, though - and I never knew the ninjas very well.

[He still looks thoughtful, trying to think of anyone else that had dropped off of the face of the earth in the recent weeks- but really, Yuca hadn't been keeping much of a watch over the PCDs, so he didn't particularly know who came and went. It was too tedious to keep track of everyone, and he wanted no part in it.
Still, it definitely had its disadvantages, this being one of them. Yuca sighs and shakes his head, uncertain.]
I can't think of anyone else- can you?

[He kept moderate track of people, though it mostly depended on who displayed notable abilities; if they didn't, they barely registered to him at all.]
I know Zaraki kept a place where other fools could try to fight him, or something like that. There might be some weapons left there.
