And I loved the little things you added. The brushes of the picture especially. Who would have thought that Bond would know anything about pictures? Well, then it's James Bond. But also the smell of Q (which creeped me slightly out) and a few phrases especially this one "He waited until the pull of possibilities faded with distance," - beautiful picture of words.

Which sadly wasn't all that much...
You've not seen Skyfall yet? O.O Really? Oh wow. You should! ^^ Q and James scenes are amazing.
A simple smile did it for you... :) I can't say why I jumped on the train. Could've been the end of the movie, where they worked together.
Nice. ^^ I'm always a bit careful with Sentinel/Guide stories. Some or so very very good (didn't you give me the Sherlock/Watson one?), some are... just an excuse for easy porn.
Great!

Yes, rub salt in the open wound, why don't you?! *grumble* I think I wasn't the only fangirl who jumped on the ship due to that smile ;)
Maybe. I have so many Sherlock Holmes related rec-list's, I've lost track. And hey, some more faith, please. Since I'm writing this FF, you should really know better than to think I would abuse the trope as a set-up for easy porn >_< Bond can be happy when he finally gets a kiss LOL ( ... )

I actually have a reason for using both. First of, the physical aspect - if you use a gun, you're a gunman and you get calluses. But when the psychologist in 'Skyfall' tosses out "Murder", in the word association 'game', Bond says without hesitation: "Occupation." So I was basically aiming for the physical and emotional side of him and his hands... Did I even make sense just now? °_°"
Anyway, that's what I really love about this new Craig!Bond - he is a far more emotionally complex character than the playboy's before him. His first kill alone... We don't get to see his thoughts, in fact, the second time he kills, he even comments on how 'it is easier', but he was clearly affected. How long it takes him to actually kill the man, the whole struggle, and his look when he thinks the deed is finally done; just wow! And then the whole debacle with Vesper! Honest, I wouldn't be this invested in the fandom and the charas if it were not for this new take on James Bond :)

Oh, trust me - Bond never had much going for him in the emotional department, I always saw him as a suave, yes, but shallow playboy who always good the girl. I prefer the gritty Craig Bond for sure!
