There's some sort of atmospheric disturbance--which doesn't make sense because there's no proper atmosphere. Obviously, the City is rarely logical so I'll just assume it's some sort of cute curse again or. Perhaps the City is finally falling to pieces. Is everyone set for that? Last plans in order? Method of escape finalised?

Lieutenant, not only do I believe that the City will in no way fall apart, but I'm also very good at surviving. I've had quite a lot of practice.
