There's some sort of atmospheric disturbance--which doesn't make sense because there's no proper atmosphere. Obviously, the City is rarely logical so I'll just assume it's some sort of cute curse again or. Perhaps the City is finally falling to pieces. Is everyone set for that? Last plans in order?
