I Will Go To Normandy Next Year

Words have power, quoth Michael Knight, heh. Or I just can't think of a title.

Four amazing things I discovered this week.

1. I've fallen in love with Jim from The Office. He truly is adorable. He doesn't know how to play video games and he's so cute about it. And he giggles about the silliest things, heh.

2. Why is my life so anvilicious? Why do I always ship couples? I'm holding out for Pam and Jim and I've decided to call them PIM or Pam/Jim instead of the popularly used shipper name. The latest episode was amazing, I have to give it up for Jenna Fischer and Steve Carrell.

Here's a little piece called The OUCH.

3. When you die, do you plan on being buried? Cremated? Mummified? Frozen? Well well, here's another enviable option for ya'll:

You can be a diamond! I kid you not. This is really cool. And you can even pawn your loved ones in our pawnshop and you'd be all like, "Ingatan niyo po ang lola ko ha, huwag niyong gasgasin."

4. My tito, his French boyfriend and said boyfriend's parents arrived here three weeks ago. Four nights ago, (huge) French dictionary in hand, I managed to converse with the bf's parents. It was so awesome that we understood each other even though mon grammaire est trés mal. Napiga lahat ng inaral ko. It was so inspiring to communicate with more people, wala lang, I was so inspired by that. They told me that I was welcome to stay with them in their house in Normandy (!). I was all "DUH DUH DUH J'AIMERAIS RESTER À CHEZ VOUS À NORMANDIE!!!!" (Anyone out there, feel free to correct my French) Sana lang huwag nila akong pakainin ng beacoup des fromages. Pero shet, excited ako. Sana next year! Please ye gods!!

Oh, I'm excited about some movies that are coming out (or that came out). Little Miss Sunshine, Bobby (Joshie!), Little Children, Stranger than Fiction (Will Ferrell and Emma Thompson!), Babel (Brad Pitt, Gael Garcia Bernal, Cate Blanchett!), and any of the Laura Linney or Kate Winslet movies that will be showing. Heh.
