Can anyone tell me whether a fiberglass splint, once set, might tend to bend if it gets wet again during bathing

See if you can find yourself a SAM Splint... it won't bend unless you want it too... is reusable, is light weight and is endorsed by well.... All my Athletic Training friends and all of my EMT friends. As well as all the pro's I know... I'd try googling for it, and call around to the medical supply shops.

Thanks, I found a bunch of the SAM brand and other similar products on ebay. I may get some just to have them here, though it won't help me right now.

I'm heading back to the Dr. at noon for resplinting. :-P
