Something is very wrong and it's up in executive management. Be interesting to find out what the four employees that left knew.

That they got fed up? I think the fact that the company's very poorly managed is no secret. :-)

EDIT: the turnover rate in our company is getting such that despite a HUGE recruiting spree, our headcount is going DOWN. My department lost 75 % effectives in a year.

Maybe it's the approach of gay pride season. We wanna make sure we'll have time to party by being gainfully unemployed. :-p

Four not counting a couple who haven't updated in a long time. I think LJ has a higher proportion of out guys than the real world...either that or you can be happily out on LJ.

Add another here. =) Well not imploding exactly ... just dumfuk dysfunctional chaos. As I described recently, it's like all the chickens are running around not only with heads chopped off, but stuffed up their asses - and they're chopped so they can stuff 'em even further up there ......
