So I started on the lithium carbonate again and I really am just amazed at how much better I feel.  It's a little creepy.  I looked up the mechanism for it, and there is some information, but not much.  Seems that someone tried it and it worked.  And from all reports even today, it seems to work really well.

I sweat quite a bit.

I'm doing it now, even thought the house is not hot at 78 or 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  I'm just sitting here, with the ceiling fan running, with sweat running down my neck and behind my ears.  It's gross.

I hate summer for this.  Now, this can happen to me at any time of year, but it is much more common in the summer.

Ugh.
