So I started on the lithium carbonate again and I really am just amazed at how much better I feel.  It's a little creepy.  I looked up the mechanism for it, and there is some information, but not much.  Seems that someone tried it and it worked.  And from all reports even today, it seems to work really well.

I take lithium for bipolar II. And let me tell you, lithium and abilify make me feel even keel. Otherwise I feel like a ship on the ocean in storm. Lithium makes me feel "normal" (though I hate to use that term). I feel less sneeky, less likely to do something over the top, less out of control on lithium.
