I hung out up in the mountains all weekend and spent the night in a funky little cabin at 11,000 ft. It snowed and the wind howled all night in the cabin. There wasn't much sleep to be had, but the view, the company and the hiking all made up for it ( Read more... )

Today my therapist played me a Sinead O'Connor song I had never heard before. She played it on the guitar and sang so beautifully. I sat on her floor sobbing.
