Thanks! That's a cobalt underglaze with a transparent on top of it. It does have some lovely depth and a nice silky feel to it.

Super nice color. Hard to get color like that with a glaze so I'm not surprised its transparent on an underlayer.

Thanks! I love the mugs. They also pressed her handprint onto the bottoms of the mugs in black. Very cute. I think they are gifts for her grandparents. :)

Maybe one year I'll be able to raise my Adam budget for something cool like that, right now it's spend as little as possible but still make something half decent for him to give mainly so mom and dad get a surprise for Christmas too. I tell myself that it helps him learn that a gift isn't about how much you spend.
