After reading many, many driving while intoxicated cases, it occurs to me that the solution to the drunk driver problem is not stiffer penalties. The solution is more good bars within walking distance. Just a thought.

On Wednesday I found out that I had missed a required part of my application packet. I found out that morning in a reminder e-mail from the law school that thankfully contained a link to the required form. I stayed up until midnight last night doing job applications for the fall on campus interviews. I will turn those in tonight at the lawschool. I'll still have to do more applications eventually, but I will have a little breathing room for a while.
