There's something about setting the curve for a critical review paper that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. After blowing the first exam with an 80% (which is the the lowest grade we can get and stil pass) I got the highest grade in the class on our critical review term paper. Well everyone, the film won 3rd place, so we got some gift certificates, DVD's, and best of all; they're going to show our film at the East Lansing Film Festival in the spring, so we'll be seen by several hundred people beyond the ones who've already seen it. Thanks for all the comments guys. -

So, one of my friends got me involved in a contest for the East Lansing Film Festival. The rules were we had 48 hours once opening our envelope for the contest, telling us what we had to have in our movie, to make a 5 minute video, edited and all. So, it's that time of year that our satellite provider gives us free HBO and Cinemax in a vain attempt to woo us over to buying the premium channels.
