Stigma of Allergies

1. My limits - {I'll update about that tomorrow}

2. My allergies --> Allergies must be the most annoying thing on the planet. One day, your face can look so fine, then when your allergies trigger, you transform into a completely different person. People keep telling me that I will grow out of them, but I have had them for my entire life. I wonder ( Read more... )

I have allergies too and it is pretty lame. It looks like I'm crying all the time because my nose is red and my eyes are watery/red/puffy/gross. >_<

Hahaha, your rant about love cracked me up. ^_^

Sorry for being a random commenter. Found you through cloud_smiles, if you were wondering.

Yeah, I can imagine how you feel. Hopefully your allergies calm down as well.

Lol, I'm glad it put a smile on your face. :)

No problem at all, I do not mind. In fact, do you mind if I add you as a friend? Since you are a Final Fantasy fan, you are more then welcomed to join my Final Fantasy debate known as new_shinra87. ;)

Awww you shouldn't let allergies get in the way of a relationship. You should just tell a girl up front. If she's worth it, she'll understand and it wont matter to her. If she doesn't understand then she clearly isn't worthy of your time

Yeah, you are right. It's not like I should separate myself from the rest of society for something so silly. In a way, love does overlook those kinds of things, points taken. I'll get better, someday. Thanks pal. :D

hey!
allergies...are definitely something in my department.
they're no fun at all and i'm sorry that you have them too.
i always come home and my eyes get all red and itchy and it's really terrible because sometimes i run so hard that i get cuts in the corners of my eyes. terrible stuff.
and about the stuff you wrote about love and girlfriends- if they can't love you with allergies, then i don't think they can love you at all.
i have something called eczema, and it's a skin condition where my skin is dry and i tend to scratch at myself until i bleed.. so i have lots of scars and stuff. i used to be afraid that people would think i was diseased and not like me, but i found that the people who understand who you are are the ones that are important in life.
and apparently people who have eczema tend to have asthma and allergies.. so i have it double time worse than you!
:D anyways i hope you feel better.. and sorry if reading all of this was a pain.. i can relate, so don't feel so bad!

It's ok, hopefully you and I will remain strong and getter better, someday. Ouch, the cuts in the corners of your eyes sounds serious. I can only imagine how bad that must feel. What you said about the girls not loving me for who I am is very true, that really made me feel a whole lot better.

I have minor eczema as well, it makes me feel so miserable sometimes. The way it gets all dry, and even though it feels nice when it touches hot water, it's really bad for it. I have a small bit on my arm joints. I had asthma a while back as a kid, I haven't had a asthma attack in years, so I take it that's gone. *Crosses Fingers.*

It wasn't a bother reading this at all. You made me feel better when you spoke about the love advice, true words of wisdom right there. Let us both remain tough...and get better together. :) Thanks for commenting, friend.

Miguel

P.S. There is a cream I use called "Westcort," and it's really, really good for eczema, it eats away at it. You should look into it. ;)

Well I'm really glad that I could help you feel better.
I've had eczema for all of my life and even though I'm a little "different", I think it's okay. :) It's something that distinguishes from the rest of the people, right?

Hehehe one time I was cosplaying as Cloud, and I ran around saying that my eczema was geostigma. So I guess eczema can have its perks. ;)

Yeah, your words really helped me out. :)

That is a nice way of looking at the situation. Yeah, we are different. So what if we have eczema, at least helps watch what we eat. ;)

Lol, that is a nice way of thinking of it, eczema is geostigma. I like that one. Now that you think of it, it's pretty similar. To bad there isn't a rain to help cure us, but oh well, like you said...it makes us unique. It feels great to have a imagination. :)

That sucks a lot. Maybe it's not what you're eating --- maybe it's dust? Or pollen? Or animal fur? It could be a lot of things. I hope you feel better (and get better) soon!

Lol, I'm lovin' the colors, by the way! ^_~

Now that you mention it, I found out today that it's the renovations that my kitchen is going through, and all of the dust from it set them off. Wow, your good...lol. But I do feel better, though. :)

I'm glad you like the colors, I'll try and use allot more colors the next time I do a colorful entry. ;)
