Temari followed him in, glancing around what appeared to be a perfectly normal apartment. It seemed like another world, compared to Abyss. She noted the warning in Shika's eyes, and gave him the tiniest of nods. Regardless of what world she was in, she had no intention of getting civilians caught in the crossfire, particularly not those that were close to a potential ally.

For understandable reasons, she was keeping close to Shikamaru. The entire situation left her feeling like a fugitive.

Shikamaru trailed in behind his double (ignoring any arguments in his mind as to just who was whose double for the moment, just for the sake of everyone's sanity), hands crammed into his pockets and eyes sharp and alert as they scanned his new surroundings. He was off-kilter, out of his element and lacking the information he needed to ground himself. At least in the Facility he knew where he stood after nearly a year of captivity, but having the rug pulled out from under him like this was worse than any previous experiment he'd endured.

He never thought he'd feel uneasy at the lack of collar around his neck.

And it was an understatement to say that seeing Shikamaru with a doppelganger was a little less than completely and utterly surreal. Still, he gave a passing nod to the one he was more familiar too and said quietly, "I will be with you three soon." And he felt as though he had no need to say more. The critical gaze he had passed to both of their new guests was enough to indicate a warning, as well as they were guests, and that Itachi wasn’t one to tolerate stupidity

Once Yosuke, rather rudely and obliviously, threw his bag onto the smaller Itachi's lap, Nill let out a little sigh and wandered over to pick it up off of him, giving the boy a mildly apologetic look in Yosuke's place, since knowing Yosuke he might not... ever notice that he'd actually done that. Really though, it depended on the day.

Once she heard the door open up again Nill quickly turned and grinned in the direction of it, since the only person not at home now was Shikamaru-- but he was soon followed by a blond-haired woman with several ponytails that Nill had never seen before. She stepped forward, ready to greet the stranger, but stopped dead in her tracks when she saw the third person enter the apartment. For a moment she just stared at the second Shikamaru, her expression slightly wary, but she looked back at the younger Itachi out of the corner of her eye and decided that maybe this wasn't so strange after all.
