Yours truly recently attended a job fair last Friday at the Manila City Hall. Talk about a lot of legwork for the applicants - myself included. Sadly, the only jobs at that fair were fastfood/food service chains, overseas work (which requires experience plus legal documents before actually going there and is usually service/labor-related), and...
