Summer Health by the Numbers

Today is my fourth consecutive day of going for a daily walk or jog. My goal is to increase my cardiovascular and pulmonary health this summer, which will not only make me healthier, but should also help with my asthma and my depression as well. Good for you for exercising! I've fallen way out of the habit, when I used to work out every day. I think I too have put on a few pounds because of it. :-P One of my resolutions for the summer is to get back in shape; I'm starting to feel... doughy.

I've never really worked out. At all. So this is new for me, but I think it's definitely a step in the right direction. It's funny to think that you can be the appropriate weight but still not be healthy. :-P
